Hi.  I am a Filipino (Philippines) and am very much interested in moving to madrid, spain with my wife.  can we go as tourists and work on our residence visa once there?  i have relatives there who can help us with a place to stay till such time we find one of our own. 

is there a way?  what’s the best thing to do? help, we’re desperate.
