Hey, i am a norwegian girl who is concidering living in spain this winter. i have lived in 2 months in malaga and barcelona before and i understand spanish. i am going to a language school but they tend to overcharge for their rooms if i book a package deal. so I thought i would try and find a place to live on my own. I found this website: http://www.loquo.com and it seems that if i have spaniards as flatmates it’s cheaper.

could someone please help me with these questions:

i suppose it is okay to find flatmates online?
do i need to go to a viewing of the room first?
how big of a deposit is normal in spain?
if i sign the lease, how long is the notice if i want to move out? one month or more?
is it normal to clean the room extensively when you leave it?
