Who else hates SPAM??

I opened my email this morning to recieve my mail and there were 45 messages. GREAT I thought my friends and family all over the world have written to me.................alas no 2 messages for me the rest was all trash! SPAM whois sending this rubbish?

I see other forums for expats suffering as well and I am wondering how the hell does it get stopped? Apparently there are bots (whatever one of them is) that attack forums?? Are these not viruses in disguise? Does anyone else have this problem?

I have all the software to stop it but how many different ways can someone spell viagra?
