All of our clients receive their Escritura and other legal papers when they sign at the notary. We encourage people to use an independent Spanish (English speaking) solicitor or to take a mortgage - BANKS DONT LEND ON ILLEGAL PROPERTY.
Because our overheads are lower than the big boys we can usually get you a better deal on the same property but we are not allowed to advertise discounted prices. (And we have lots they dont because they only like to sell the projects with 100s of houses). We believe we are nice people to do business with because we care about you and your investment. Take the risk out of buying by dealing with us - and be like our other clients - happy and satisfied. It may seem complicated to you but believe me we have the answer and IF we dont we will go and find them and not tell you a load of C***P.
