Sales and general support is available on tel no. 1004 in English, French, German and Spanish. Wait for a pause in the 1st recorded message and just say ENGLISH; if that doesnt work try repeating it at the next option break in the message.

ADSL support however is in Spanish only (although at least one member of the team speaks English.) The telephone number is 900 537 000 and is a toll-free call. The old number 902 357 000 is discontinued and calls to that number will get a recorded message suggesting you call the new 900 number.
