I’m over staying my visa for one month and then I’m returning home to the U.S. Do you think I will have big problems leaving? Do you think I will have big problems if a don’t get a direct flight to the U.S. from spain (i.e. will I have problems at the other countries’ airports that I stop in?)

Like all posts seek Your Embassy’s Advise…

Its a big thing over staying in Any EU Country…

When you have over stayed your VISA your classed as an illegal… your not covered by any insurance…

Hey thanks, I give my embassy a call and explain it to them, the only problem is that I’m already illegal by a month and I’m planning to leave soon. Will I have troubles at the airport?

Once you call the Embassy they will deal with all the legal side of things….

It is a big issue Your Embassy may Fine you… or Slap wrist…

Spanish authoritys may deal with you criminally.

embassy is your best shot.
