I have recently been offered employment in Gibraltar, therefore as a New Zealand national the employee will be applying for a working visa for me. My fiance is yet to find employment, which there in lies our queries.
Firstly, can he come under my work visa as a dependent even though we are only in a defacto relationship or would we need to be married for this to happen?
Secondly, we want to live in Spain. By all accounts, what i’ve been able to find on the internet is that if you have a means to support yourself in spain then you can live there, you just have to fill out the right forms and see the right authorities. Would this be correct, or as we are New Zealanders do we need to do something else?
Thirdly, provided we get to live in Spain my fiance would either try and get a job there, or start his own Personal Training business. How would he go about doing this? I read on another sight that he would become an autonomo??? can anyone advise the process?
