My father is hoping to retire to Spain in 2 years time.  He will be moving out alone.

He recently watched a TV programme about health care in Spain.  In the programme it advised that homecare is not provided by the Spanish social system as in the UK.  Whilst he is active and health now, he is concerned that should he be taken ill and require care at home that this service will not be provided.

I have checked different private healthcare insurance proposals and none seem to cover this.

Any advice would be appreciated
