A pensioner friend of mine needs to sell urgently his apartment in La Siesta, just outside Torrevieja, it has nice views and is very clean and tidy. Nice area, handy for everything. It is vacant and sensibly priced.

Yeah I think it is a good deal, my buddy now needs to sell it because his health is deteriorating, he has had it let and his son has lived in it.
