Do not take it personally… With Contact address’s as “Hotmail” there usally scams… as there is more and more Scammers trying to find ways of making fast money…. People that have secure business uses @Business Name as there email…

i can understand but i’m just getting a good rep around my local village and something small like that can be hard to reverse.

Avoid like the plague guys, this so called repairer hasnt been trained and claims to be a honda,citreon,mitsubishi and every other manufacturer specialist. I have had loads of reports about bad work. for your own sake go elsewhere, cheap is for a reason.
