Hi I am new to the forum, but I could really do with some help please. I have had really bad problems my neighbours it has gone on for months now, we have had the presidente, administration and police involved and still they get away with everything, we are waiting for a court date with the police yes it has got that serious, and the presidente and administration are absolutely useless. I have found out recently that the people who are renting the apartment are renting illegally they have no contract and the owner who is English is definately not declaring the rental. So what I would like to know is who do I contact to report them for illegally renting the property? I live in North Costa Blanca near Benidorm. The people have been living there for months now and it can be proved they have been there if they try and deny it. I know it is probably the council but to be pointed in the right direction would be great, many thanks in advance.
