Applying for residency card NIE

hi

  I am a student from Jordan. I got a long term student visa(D), I need to know when I get to Spain what documents exactly will I need to apply for my NIE? if possible is there list of documents required, and where to apply for this number?

Abed…

As Your Outside the EU you need to apply for a Visa first…..
NIE Number is issued when you are registered as a resident of Spain…. you only be entitled to 90 day Visa (Travel)

I would suggest contacting the Spanish Embassy In Jordan…

aren’t you the one who posted student with visa d?
anyway, when you get to spain with your student visa, you have to go to the “comisar?a de polic?a” or the oficina de extranjeros.

you will have to fill in the form ex 14 and ex 15 (at least) and print them out.
on page 2 of the forms you will find the documents you need to submit, but of course you may be require more documents by the comisar?a or the oficina de extranjeros.
