Buenas,
A friend gave me the http://www.inem.es website to see the jobs which Spain currently has shortage of applicants, hence foreigners can apply. I saw a job for me which is in Andalucia but my question is, how can I see which company actually hires employers for this job (which is in shortage)? And will they arrange the visa also if Im out of the country? Im not from the EU.
