Mhusband and I are moving to Spain from the US and need to purchase this certificate.  I cannout find anywhere on any websites that states WHERE I can obtain this certificate?  Can anyone help?

I have a similar situation

Where do I ‘purchase’ one from? The site says that it is needed but nowhere does it say WHOM to approach and WHAT to say to them. I am in Germany for last one year and in the past lived for 2 years in Italy, and before that for 7 years in Australia.
So from my understanding three police certificates are needed - German, Italian and Australian.

My question is: whom do I approach for each such certificate? Will I be able to do this over telephone? What documents will be needed for obtaining the certificate?

Any help will be appreciated.
