spaghetti with chilli, garlic and olive oil

This is the easiest recipe ever, and so tasty:

spaghetti
2 cloves garlic
1 red chilli chopped (deseeded)
olive oil
salt and pepper

Boil your pasta. Cook garlic, chilli and pepper in olive oil on a gentle heat. (You need to infuse the oil with the flavours). Don't burn the garlic!! otherwise it will taste bitter. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and put it back in the saucepan. Add the oil, stir through

Add some mince and tomatoes and you`ll have a bologonaise.

It sounds wonderful AND a delicious and simple vegetarian recipe! So rare in Spain... which is a pity when fresh local produce is so abundant and tasty,
