Cancelling Movistar

Can anyone help? I have recently moved back to England but still have a movistar contract, even though I'm not using the sim I am still getting charged, does anyone know who to contact in Movistar (english speaking) to get this cancelled, I also went to the bank to cancel the direct debit, but it still goes out!

To be honest I think contacting Movistar from the UK is going to be tricky! It's not easy here - try writing/faxing/emailing.
