New to the site so hoping someone can help? I have recently had to sign on the dole and was informed that my first contract in Spain 3 years ago has information missing from it that affects the length of time I can claim for (hopefully will get a job before then). I have contacted my the employer from this job who basically said ‘tough - contracts cannot be back dated or changed once the year is up’. Is this right, or do they have a legal obligation to correct my contract?
