We’re looking for a 4 bed house or finca with a separate 1 bed guest apartment in the Nerja/Torrox area for long term rental (at least a year).  Needs to be big enough for 2 adults, 5 kids and a dog!  Pool is preferred but not essential.

Around 900-1000e a month.  Entry date can be any time from Sept 09 onwards.

We’ve seen lots but keep missing them so if you can help or know of any similar spec properties please get in touch!

  I was also wondering for same type of rental property having the facility of A/c in bedroom, Washing machine, Refrigerator and off course of small garden..also need parking space in residential area…Rate must be genioue..If anyone found this type of property in California region..Please reply me here ASAP…
