Various venues, including hopefully branches of the Royal British Legion, will host the Irish Guards Singers during their 2010 Tour.
There is nothing I can add which isn?t already chronicled in their website, which I urge you to access. This group of ex-forces veterans epitomise everything we expect of British Armed Forces ethos.
RECCE
On 6th ? 8th October the choir?s George Trew and Phil Taylor will be making a fact finding recce to Torrevieja.
Their visit will give me an opportunity to make the right introductions and from there approach potential sponsors. These will include news media, budget airlines; property developers, tourism offices, etc.
I have never before involved myself in a sponsored event and I receive nothing but the satisfaction derived from arranging a successful tour, and hopefully a free ticket to their performances. I do invite your recommendations and advice.
I am in no doubt at all that their shows will be sell-out performances, which will bring considerable kudos to those commercially or organisationally party to their tour.
