Most Town Halls now require a non-Spanish car owner to be residencia in addition to being on the padron before he or she can re-plate their car. I have my padron. Fine. Thursday I apply for my residencia.
I think it depends on volume as to how long you wait for it. Does anyone know if I will, after satisfactorily submitting the paperwork, have to wait for notification before going to the ITV to start the re-placing process? I can do without a long car-less wait. Thanks. Mike
