I would like to know, as an Australian what my options are to study in Spain?

I have completed a Bachelor Degree in Applied Science in Construction Management and have worked as a Project Manager in the industry since 2005. I have a specific interest in Sustainable Development and would like to further my knowledge in this area by studying a Masters or a Post-Graduate course.

As an Australian am I able to apply to available courses, sitting an examination or providing evidence of my academic history? As an International Student are the fees significantly more expensive?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
