Does anyone live in the Dr. Fleming area?  Is it as fun as it was forty years ago?  I have thought about returning to Spain to live (I am female, single, American and retired) but reading this forum is horrifying.  We used to zip around Madrid in taxis in no time…and no pollution, brilliant blue skies, lovely people, fabulous food.  Maybe I should go to a smaller town!  But the entry requirements for me and my dog and cat are so horrifying that it hardly seems worth the effort.  Is there any American TV in Spain?  English language CNN, movies?  Air conditioning?
