Hola!

I have a Greek driver license for a motorcycle (issue date 1999) for <<125cc or <<11kW and I want to upgrade it for unlimited cc. Is that possible in Spain (Alicante)? One problem is that I do not know Spanish. Do I have to take the theoretical exams again? and are they available in English? How much approximately will it cost if it is possible? (I am going to work here for 4 years so I guess I am going to have some local papers if that helps)
