Hi,

I have a British passport and I would like to bring my mother from Indonesia with Indonesian passport.

She is 57 years old and still very active and lively but I would like her to live and stay with me.

I am currently self-employed and legally pay tax and national security in Spain living with my partner and 2 children.

What is the best way to bring her over to live permanently and how should I do it?

Many thanks for you help.

Matthew

first you have to prove that she depends on you economically, mostly by giving proof that you send her money monthly. the rest would be a lot of paperwork

Hi Aritz,

Would that be easier if I get her over as my employee?

If I go ahead with sending her money, how long do I have to do so until I can apply for the visa for her?

Cheers,

Mat
