hi, i bet you get lot of replies to this one!!! i have 2 cave houses for sale in the Granada region of Spain one cave is 3 bedrooms, kitchen/diner,lounge,office/study, bathroom. the other cave is 2 bedrooms, kitchen/diner,lounge,large bathroom. both are set in 3.5 hectares of almond and olives, there are 2 terraces, garage, carport, various outbuildings, and a 13x5m pool.the 2nd cave is run a a successful rental property, 22/24 weeks rented for last 4 years, we are looking to downsize. property price 18 month’s ago was 329,000, now reduced to 275,000. may be of interest. price may be negotiated further but not much!!

The location is the very beautiful Lecrin Valley equidistant between Granada and the Costa Tropical (about 25 mins from each). Granada airport is about 35 mins and Malaga airport about 2 hours. The Sierra Nevada Ski resort can also be reached in about 45 mins.
