Hi Folks,

I’m just about to rent a property in Spain and part with two months as deposit.

To help me sleep at night, I’d be happier if the deposit was held by a third party, preferably a government sponsored agency as in the UK - the rent deposit scheme.

Does anyone know if such a facility exists in Spain?
