I wonder if the greed of some businesses will kill the goose that lays the golden eggs (the customer). I hardly used my Vodaphone mobile phone this week but somehow the 10? I put on it seven days ago needs topping up again.

I haven?t yet read Round Town News ?breakthrough? in price-cutting that I gather will hole Telefonica below the waterline. Surely if some services were to cut their advertising, pass the savings on to their customers; then word of mouth would bring even more new customers. How will they cream off mi??ions when the disgruntled customers no longer use their services? Duhhhhhhhhhhh From here on my mobile is emergency or receiving calls. Sod them! (excuse rant).
