HI,can some 1 pls help me i left spain and owe telefonica money for a phone bill its been over a year now and im plannin on movein back to spain,i want to pay them back but i need to know the procedue of doing so and will i be most likely arrested as soon as i fly to spain or will i be ok to go and pay when im over there,also i have lost my N>I>E number.i still know the number but dont have the origanal paper they issued me

I'd call them up, give them the NIE number, that'll pull up the records and take it from there!

Did you reg with telefonica with your NIE or passport,if NIE no then as above if passport no then call and quote passport no.
I did'nt think they arrested people at the airport for small debts since the Franco days ,so i dont think you need to worry about that.
