Form to change fiscal representative?

Until now we have paid a representative to file our Spanish taxes.  We intend to file Form 210 ourselves but we have read that we must also notify AEAT of this change.  What form do we use?  Is this considered a change of domicile?  In that case, it would be Form 030 on the aeat.es site.

Anyone know for sure?

I also read that we can get a ‘user certificate’ or code to receive information notices in our email account and pay our taxes online.  But when I read the page of certificate ‘issuers’, it seems to be all agencies.  How does an individual property owner get this user certificate / code?

As you refer to the 210 I take it you are non residents.

At one time I think non residents had to have a fiscal representative but I think this has now relaxed and you can submit your 210 yourself or, depending on which one you are with because some do and some don’t, your bank maybe able to help.
