Hello

You can not get divorced in Spain unless at least one of the members of the couple is resident in Spain. As per your message, it seems that it is not your case, so you will have to get divorced in Ireland (if you are living there now).

Thanks

You will have to contact an Irish lawyer to assist you in the divorce process in Ireland.

Once you have the court resolution in Ireland, it will have to be registered at the Civil Registry in Spain. To get that, you will need to contact an Spanish lawyer, but your Irish lawyer will be able to assist you on this.
