Hi all. I got my Spanish driver’s license seven months ago and someone I met mentioned that you can go through a process to have your years of licensed driving experience from the US (in my case it would be from PA) recognized so that you are not seen as a learner. Without this recognition, I cannot rent a car in Spain until I my carnet is at least one year old and I would like to join the car-share in barcelona but they require your carnet to be at least 2 years old. I have looked on the DGT web but found nothing.

Any advice, links, or info? Thanks in advance!
