Could someone please explain to me what is the rule on voting at a AGM. I have two properties in the same name in the same Community.
Some people say I only have one vote, others say I can vote with both properties. What is the answer?

Ad far as I'm aware you can only vote once. In my block one man owns about half of all the apartments - I rally don't think he gets 20 odd votes!

In our community, 1 vote per apartment. Until recently that meant that the timeshare company who owned 60 out of 90 apartments had the final say in everything! Now they've sold them all so things will be a bit more diplomatic!
