Hello ,

my name is Bernard and I have owned an urbanisation property here in Pego ( Alicante ) for a couple of years . We have no relationship with the local town hall although we are all suma payers and generally have or are prepared to get our empadron. I read a few months ago in the Costa Blanca News an article which referred to some kind of national association made up as I recall of expats , based in Madrid which was prepared to give help and guidance to groups wishing to set up a sort of residents association through whom we could have a more consolidated and constructive relationship with the local town hall . Can anyone give me contact details of this organisation .
