Correos de Espa?a without a doubt, I send many registered packages to US and they hardly ever cost more than 7 to 8?, go to correos with a test package and go up to the person behind the desk and ask for example how much to post to Germany, or even ask for a tariff list, I’m sure they will give it to you no problem.
