There is a base salary, commissions plus a car. In order to apply you must have a very good knowledge of the Costa del Sol and ideally have worked within the Real Estate industry before on the Coast. This is a new position so would suit an individual with excellent administration skills and some knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage. Your key areas will be Mijas Costa area and as this is a fairly new area for my client, you will be also responsible for some marketing.
