Working fiesta days-what rights do we have??

Hi..
How many fiesta days do we really have..before I thought 12-now I think it is 16.If I ask my boss,answere is -none!!
My understanding is-if I work on fiesta day,I get extra day off. If I am not working on fiesta day-I get + hours.Is that right??
I work in bar with different working hours and days-every week they change.Exemple..I worked 2 of April,then I have + extra day.And I was off 5 of April,then I have + 8 hours on my end of week..Please,someone explain this or advice with website..

Check your Convenio if your in a union or employment contract, it should have been pre-determined at the time your employment started, assuming your legal, if you haven’t agreed terms in writting then your not entitled to it.
