I think it’s good that im being made aware of the issues in spain, I have however done extensive research before considering this move, im going in eyes wide open and im sure I will give it a try, Im a great beliver in nothing ventured nothing gained. That said I know Spain is still in recession and it will be hard, but feel If I dont do it now then simply I never will. - I only speak basic spanish (GCSE) but will make a concerted effort to force myself into situations where I have to practice and learn (which is what I do on holidays) - I dont want to just be another Brit living a totally Brit life but in spain, I wish to integrate with both communities!

Simply google using the words Expat British etc.

Most though have the same members that contribute on one board whilst owning there own forums.

Seriously I write on here because there are only a few members, most are honest and its not turned into a private members club.

You could and I have in the past been a member on three different forums only to find all the members are also on the three other forums, kinda limits the amount of info available when you research.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can shed any light on selling my car before I move (uk car) or driving it over with my stuff in, then selling it once im here in spain… different ppl have different opinions, with some saying ill get less than I would selling it in the uk, others saying that I will get more due to less depreciation in spain! - ive seen several ads in CB news, the post etc of companies looking to purchase RHD cars in spain, but need some advice before I make the wrong move!
