Hi,
If a property is sold half way through the year, what are the normal arrangements for the IBI and basura? I (the seller) will be paying the basura this month so should I sell the property, in July, for example, is it reasonable to leave the IBI to the buyer to pay in November?

Because you can not change either without producing an escritura obviously the purchaser will pay unless something is written into the contract.
