Hello All
This is a question open to all, and Real Estate professionals.
Which areas in Spain are seeing movement in sales.
Thanks

Hi Wanderer,
We provide a FREE property finding service which covers mainly the Costa Blanca, since Christmas, we have started to see a move towards buying again in this area, though property in this area is still below what it was 2 years ago, I feel we have now reached the bottom as we note prices are now starting to rise again.
With the increase in the pound, I feel that the number of people looking for that Bargain will increase and that will push up the prices again. The biggest mover is around Denia in the north and Algorfa/Guardemar/Villamartin area in the south.
