Looking for bloggers in Madrid or Barcelona for a blog

I work for Weblogs SL, the most important blog network in spanish. We are developing a new project, which is a blog about Barcelona and another one about Madrid, that will be written both in spanish and english. We are looking for english-speaking people who live in those cities so they can write about them (pubs, restaurants, monuments, shops, etc.).
