Hello, I?m Spanish living in UK, but I?m going back before July. I live with my wife in a house in Aranda de Duero, Burgos. I?ve got also a flat as well as I want to rent it. It has 3 bedrooms and only has 5 years.

We are an hour and a half from Medrid.

We are from less than an hour to Burgos, Valladolid and a lot of lovely places like you can see in the links.
We can rent the flat to Spanish people, but we love speak English and we want improve it so we think to rent it to English people would be a great idea.
The flat has everything you need, because we were living there before we came to England.
