ive been given 2 different tel numbers to call from my UK cell phone to set up the phoneline in my new flat, these are 1004 and 11822

i was told if i call from my uk cell i would be put through to an english speaking custimer service person, but when i call nothing happens, “number not recognised”

does anyone know the correct number i should be using ?

You can only dial 1004 on a telefonica landline….(or movistar mobile)
and the other is directory enquiries (i think).

I have not been able to find a “prpoer” phone number for telefonica on my bill - but maybe somewhere on movistar.es (their new name in Spain) you can contact them….

(EDIT: wonder if putting in 0034 1004 would call telefonica?)

As an aside, the 11822 number is their pricey directory enquiries number. If you want “cheap” directory enquiries, try using 11818

that dont care about any one here ..... and dsl is not the ture speed you get ,,, having problem with youtube down loading in last few days ... any one eles
