You will be joining a newly established company based close to Puerto Banus and part of a larger group of companies. You must have experience using Contaplus or a similar stock control program. You must be able to use MS Office Suite products and be fluent in Spanish and English. In addition to this you must possess accurate key entry skills as this role will involve some key entry control. You also must be capable of maintaining the petty cash disbursement system and look after invoices for clients, accepting deposits and following up on the collection of final payments. In addition to the bookkeeping function you will also be involved in general office administration duties. This is for an immediate start.
