I don’t refer to the racing car but the little cars you see struggling up hills.

They can driven without a licence (though I do have a license) and I have seen many without registration plates.

I just want to know if anyone has one and what they think of them.

I can guess what petrol heads with big/fast cars think of them. I just want something to compliment what I have for a run to the village for provisions.
