Hi, my name is Marijtje. I’m from Holland. At the moment we are looking for a holiday house to buy in La Marina. We have some information about the houses at El Pinet.
Could anyone inform us about this property. Is it legally built, is it a nice place to live/ spend your holidays? All information is welcome.
Thanks! Gr, Marijtje

The huge ‘San Jose’ (builders) development was illegal - so you need to check very carefully if everything is now OK. I would use an abogado from Alicante as they won’t be involved.

As far as La Marina goes, in my eyes you can’t go wrong with Barclays Properties; La Marina Urb.
They also do surrounding areas.  Their Properties are always checked out and come with any, if needed, additional Deed Licenses.
