Joomla is free why going two pay 450 pounds ?

You are right, Joomla is free to use. However to develop a professional web presence in Joomla requires skill and experience. It takes time to develop a professional website in Joomla. Bespoke template has to be designed to start with, to ensure your intended branding is represented. Plus, additional add-on components need to be installed and customised to meet requirements. At times, some bespoke modules or features also need to be developed in PHP and integrated into Joomla. Finally before launch, the website needs to be optimised for search engines and needs to be migrated to web host and tested properly.

There is a big difference between off the shelf Joomla website with default template and a professional Joomla website. Websites of Toyota and Panasonic for example have also been developed in Joomla. Surely, not for free.
