HI Everyone! I am trying to find a place for my family remotely and we have found a cute apartment in the San Pere area, about 150 meters from arc de Triomf. I have asked one Spanish friend and they seemed to think it was a shady neighborhood. There is a hotel (50 ft) down the street with hundreds of reviews of the area and everyone raves about how cute it is and no one mentioned being robbed etc. I am curious if there is animosity towards this area and that it is really fine or if it is infact sketchy. I have a one year old and will be walking a lot with her to the park and else where. I love the location and have done tons of virtual tours with google street view. I am just curious of others opinions. The street name is rec comtal.
