Hi, can anyone help? My father recently died, resident in Spain. I live in England, don’t speak Spanish and have obtained form 790 to apply for a copy of his will. However, I’m finding the form difficult to complete. Has anyone got any tips on filling it out correctly? I have the accompanying English instructions, it’s the Spanish writing within each catagorised box that I’m having difficulty with. Also, when completed, do I take the form to any bank in the UK to be authorised and send payment, then send the whole thing off to Madrid?
