We have spent many months researching as many agencies up and down the Costas and also in the US to see the services offered and the way these services are carried out. Our Property Management Services and Rentals are on separate sites and our rentals site once fully operational will allow guests to book in realtime and pay immediately online. Online Holiday bookings are rising every year and people dont want to wait for an agent to get back to them with available dates, our rental website will have live availability 24/7.

This goal is achieved by ensuring that the services we offer are carried out in a timely and professional manner and when we take on the responsibility of looking after a clients property we treat that property as if it were one of our own. We understand that most people have purchased an overseas property as an investment and MSP prides itself on looking after that investment on behalf of our client and at the same time providing the property owner with detailed reports of their property when they need them.

Without the distraction of selling properties we focus 100% of our energy to Property Management.
Our services site is open but not yet officially live as we are just waiting for the final paperwork to be signed and our rentals website is 90% complete. We aim to have everything official by August 1st.
