Hello all,

I recently just received an offer to work here in Spain. I’m married to a Spanish citizen, I have both an NIE and a social security number, and my residence card. I’m also currently living in Spain. My question is, is all that I have enough to work in Spain or do I still need a work permit? I have read conflicting stories about this and I’m confused.

My reasoning is if I’m married to a European citizen and have a residence card I have all the rights as a European citizen to live and work here in Spain.

Your thoughts are appreciated.
